The operator’s public service details are still being configured. Paid checkout remains unavailable until the required details and service checks are complete. The support inbox is available after sign-in.
A workspace for your own content.
Queuefern helps you organize brands and channel bundles, prepare posts, schedule eligible deliveries, and view available publishing status and results. Free workspaces can save up to 10 text drafts and organize brands and bundles. Uploading media requires an eligible paid subscription. Connecting live channels and publishing also require an available direct route for the selected network.
The service uses direct integrations with social networks. Integrations are enabled separately and may be unavailable, limited to approved test accounts, or awaiting network review. Your account page shows current network availability and supported actions before checkout. No separate publishing-provider subscription is required. Editing video, adding music or automatic captions, content repurposing, automatic email digests, and conversion attribution are outside this release.
One monthly plan, with a visible total.
The Founding plan costs $19 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. It provides capacity for up to 3 brands, 15 connected channels, 1 GB of retained source media, and up to 2,000 saved post records, with up to 200 MB per file. These are finite early-release workspace capacities; network restrictions and supported destinations still apply. Removing source media frees bytes but retains the associated post records. At the record limit, remove unneeded drafts or contact support before preparing more posts.
A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe checkout displays the total, applicable tax, and payment details before you complete payment. There is no free paid-plan trial promised by these terms. Checkout opens only after the server confirms required billing setup and an eligible direct publishing route. This does not establish that every network is available.
Live access begins when the payment provider confirms an active subscription. A redirect or a submitted payment request alone does not activate publishing. If payment confirmation is delayed, refresh your subscription status in Account & plan before starting another checkout. Payment failures or an expired subscription can pause paid actions while your saved records remain available.
Stop renewal from your account.
Open Account & plan → Manage billing & cancellation to use the Stripe billing portal. Normal subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the portal shows the effective date. You retain eligible paid access until that date. Closing a browser tab, signing out, removing a channel, or deleting a brand does not cancel a subscription.
For a billing problem, refund request, inability to use the portal, or a request to exercise a statutory withdrawal right, contact the operator through the support inbox or the configured contact details above. Include the relevant payment date and account details, and do not send full card numbers. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund; applicable refund and withdrawal rights remain available.
You choose what goes out.
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize the service, its hosting infrastructure, and the selected social networks to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to perform the actions you request. Only use content and accounts you have the rights and permission to use, including music, images, personal information, and third-party brands.
Review the caption, destination, schedule, visibility, audience, and commercial-content settings before confirming publication. When using YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. On Facebook, choose the Page explicitly; on LinkedIn, choose your personal profile or organization explicitly. You are responsible for complying with the selected network’s rules and for protecting access to your ChatGPT and social accounts. Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized access, impersonation, spam, or interference with other customers.
Follow each destination’s actual status.
Delivery depends on third-party platforms, account permissions, app approval, API quotas, and network processing. A request being accepted or scheduled is not confirmation that content is public. Published status and links are shown when confirmed. A result marked uncertain may already have appeared on the network; check status and the native account before sending another copy.
Cancellation attempts can stop only deliveries that remain cancellable. They cannot remove already-published content or guarantee a stop after a network starts processing. Scheduled publishing is available only where the network or a configured background dispatcher can execute it. A saved draft or posting rhythm alone does not schedule a live delivery. Accepted schedules can continue after you close the app. Platform metrics can be delayed or unavailable; missing values remain unknown. Leads and sales are entered manually for the whole post. The seven-day recap groups posts first published during that period and shows their cumulative results, not only growth during the week.
No particular reach, engagement, lead count, sales outcome, or uninterrupted third-party availability is promised. Report a material service problem through support so the operator can investigate and address it under the agreement and applicable law.
Keep a copy of what matters.
You can export records as JSON and remove eligible source files in Account & plan. The JSON export includes media metadata but does not bundle original images or videos. Download originals you want to keep before removing them. Source removal preserves publishing history and results.
Workspace deletion is a separate destructive action requiring typed confirmation. Pending or uncertain deliveries can delay deletion while their status and cancellation are resolved; a deletion request pauses new work, and existing deliveries may still publish. Published content on social networks must be managed on those networks. Native drafts already handed to a social network may remain and can still be completed there. Mandatory rights remain yours.
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude, including applicable consumer withdrawal, refund, conformity, and data-protection rights. Accepting the terms does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right. The service does not ask you here to waive those rights. EU consumers can read the European Commission’s withdrawal-rights information.
The version accepted at checkout is recorded with your account. If a material change to the service or subscription is proposed, it must be communicated before it applies as required by applicable law. Contact the operator about a question or complaint using the details above or the support inbox.
